Where the expert should stay on screen.

Typical situations for this format. We don't have a public concept sample for presenter-led work yet; on a call we can walk you through the process and a cut built from your own footage.

Knowledge transfer

A senior engineer's know-how, before they retire

The situation
One person knows how a system really works, and that knowledge isn't written down anywhere.
What we built
A short series of recorded sessions, cut into lessons with diagrams and chapter points.
Why presenter-led
The expert's voice and judgement stay; the structure makes it teachable to the next hire.
Change and leadership

A leader explaining a change in their own words

The situation
A policy or org change lands better from the person accountable for it.
What we built
A tight edit with key points on screen and a short "what this means for you" section.
Why presenter-led
Trust comes from the face; clarity comes from the graphics.
Product enablement

A product specialist walking through a new release

The situation
Sales and support need to understand a release before customers ask about it.
What we built
Presenter clips intercut with screen recordings and labelled callouts.
Why presenter-led
Fast to update when the product changes: re-record a section, keep the rest.

Questions

We don't have a studio. Is that a problem?

No. Most recordings happen in an office or at home with a guided setup. We send a short checklist and review a test clip first.

Our expert is nervous on camera.

Common. We plan talking points rather than a script to read, and record in short sections so nobody has to get it perfect in one take.

Can you mix presenter footage with animation?

Yes. Many modules use the expert to frame the lesson and animation for the parts that are hard to show.
